Shipping policy

Please ensure that all your details are correct and that you have entered the correct shipping address. It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, The Self Styler cannot offer reimbursement for this package. Should the parcel be returned to sender, The Self Styler will require a postage payment to re-send the parcel.

Please note that once your order has left The Self Styler and a tracking number has been lodged we are no longer held accountable for your parcel. If you wish to insure your parcel prior to despatch you can do so by adding "insurance" to your parcel for $1. This is an option provided at checkout.
